Michael Locker (President)
Mr. Locker is founder and President of Locker Associates, Inc., a New York business consulting firm that specializes in corporate restructuring, buyouts, feasibility studies, developing business plans and performing due diligence. Mr. Locker is a truly recognized authority on reorganizing troubled companies, often representing employees in such efforts. Major clients have included trade unions (United Steelworkers, Machinists, United Auto Workers and Teamsters), financial institutions (Bank of Boston, Lazard Freres, Congress Financial, Santander Investment), law firms, bankruptcy trustees and government agencies. Mr. Locker recently served as the Chief Restructuring Officer of J&L Structural, reorganizing that firm under Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings.

Dr. Hobart Spalding (Treasurer)
Has an extensive background as a financial advisor to nonprofit organizations. He is a trustee for various charitable remainder trusts, and has assisted numerous nonprofit organizations with financial planning and development. Currently he is Treasurer and an Executive Board member of the Brecht Forum. A graduate of Harvard and Berkeley, Dr. Spalding taught at the City University of New York until his retirement in 2000.

Chris Agee (Chairman)
Founded MediaTEK in the mid-90s to assist social change organizations with their IT infrastructure as well as their online and organizing strategies. He holds advanced degrees in Sociology and History and is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Political Science. His areas of interest include tech nology, politics and social change movements.

Robert Howlett (Project Manager)
As Project Manager for MediaTEK Consulting, Mr. Howlett has extensive experience organizing and coordinating project functions.

Edgardo Burgos (Web Developer)
Mr. Burgos has a broad range of knowledge in computer and information technology, specifically Web Design, Application Development, Systems Administration and Security Implementation. Mr. Burgos is an expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Macromedia Studio MX. He uses these programs to develop and maintain many professional and privately owned websites. Since joining MediaTEK in 2000, Mr. Burgos has taught many computer and Internet technology seminars, both independently and with MediaTek. His expertise includes, but is not limited to, Flash Animation, Action scripting, XML, CSS, JSP, PHP, ColdFusion and MySQL. Mr. Burgos has a creative arts background and is well-versed in multiplatform operating systems including Windows, Mac, Unix and Linux. He is a life-long vegetarian and lives in the Lower East Side community of New York City.

Ray Parker (Database Developer/Web Designer)
As a database developer and web designer for MediaTek, Mr. Parker designs, develops and maintains websites for MediaTek's clients. He is a talented and experienced developer who specializes in website domain hosting, the craft of image vectoring, as well as database development, design and implementation. Since joining MediaTek, Mr. Parker has utilized his proficiency in web graphics software such as Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Studios, as well as Druple, Ajax and Ruby on Rails.

Josh Hartung (Lead System Administrator)
With a blend of technical skills and responsibility, Mr. Hartung is an experienced Systems Administrator.  He is in charge of installing, supporting and maintaining MediaTek Consulting client's computers, servers, printers and other peripherals.  Mr. Hartung has a wealth of knowledge of today's latest technologies, including server software (and hardware), MS and various operating systems, printer server and wireless networks.



Jeff Eng (Graphic Artist)
As MediaTek's lead Graphic Artist, Mr. Eng is an accomplished website designer with an expertise in Joomla. Mr. Eng has a degree in graphic design and has spent over 10 years in the field. Mr. Eng also designs and develops websites using today's latest technologies, including Druple, Ajax, CSS and other software.
